1. Services Provided

1.1 Service Description. Contentsaurus is an automated AI content generation software platform. Our technology uses artificial intelligence APIs to programmatically generate written content including blog posts, product descriptions, social media content, email campaigns, website copy, and academic reference materials. We do not employ human writers or connect users with freelancers. All content is generated 100% by automated AI systems.

1.2 Automated Technology. Our platform is fully automated software-as-a-service (SaaS). Content generation, quality checks, and delivery are handled by AI systems with no manual human intervention in the content creation process. Users interact with our software interface, not with human service providers.

1.3 Service Tiers. Services are offered in multiple quality tiers (Student, Standard, Premium, Advanced) with varying word counts and delivery times as specified at checkout.

1.4 AI Content & Uniqueness Disclosure. Our platform uses caching technology to optimise performance and reduce costs. When two or more users submit substantially similar requests (same topic, word count, and service type), the system may serve AI-generated content from a shared cache rather than generating a new response each time. Consequently, we do not guarantee that content delivered to you will be exclusive or unique relative to output delivered to other users with similar requirements. If exclusive, non-shared content is important to your use case, you should add specific unique instructions (e.g., brand name, proprietary data, custom angle) to your brief to reduce the likelihood of cache matches. Content delivered during the beta period is intended for reference, personal use, and internal business use only; it must not be resold as bespoke or uniquely commissioned work.

2. User Obligations

2.2 Academic Integrity.Student services are provided as study aids and reference materials. Users are responsible for compliance with their institution's academic policies.

Business & Professional Content: Content created for business purposes (blog posts, marketing materials, product descriptions, etc.) has no such restrictions and can be used freely for commercial purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Content License. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute delivered content for commercial or personal purposes.

3.2 Platform Rights. All rights in our platform, software, algorithms, and technology remain our exclusive property. No ownership rights are transferred.

3.3 Portfolio Use. We may showcase anonymized content samples in marketing materials unless you request confidentiality in writing.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing & Currency.Prices are in USD or PKR as displayed. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You're responsible for applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment Methods. Payments are processed securely through DirectPay, which handles billing and payment processing. We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and major payment methods. Payment is required before content delivery.

4.3 DirectPay as Payment Processor. Payments are processed through DirectPay. For payment-related questions, contact us at orders@contentsaurus.com.

4.4 No Chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after content delivery may result in account suspension and legal action.

5. Delivery & Revisions

5.1 Delivery Time. All orders are delivered within minutes (typically 2–5 minutes) via AI generation upon payment confirmation. Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout. Times are estimates and not guarantees.

5.2 Revisions. Unlimited revisions within 7 days of delivery, provided revisions are based on original specifications. New requirements may incur additional fees.

5.3 Delivery Method.Content delivered via email or platform account. You're responsible for downloading and backing up files.

6. Refund Policy

Full details in our Refund Policy. Summary:

6.1 Cancellation. Full refund if cancelled within 1 hour of payment and before content generation starts.

6.2 Quality Issues. Partial/full refund may be issued if content materially fails specifications despite reasonable revision attempts.

6.3 No Refunds After. Once content delivered and 7-day revision period expires, no refunds except for significant platform errors.

7. Disclaimers

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Maximum Liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Excluded Damages. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

9.1 By You. You may stop using services anytime. Fees for active orders are non-refundable except per Section 6.

9.2 By Us. We may suspend/terminate access immediately for violations, fraudulent activity, or payment disputes without notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution. Contact us first at hello@contentsaurus.com for 30 days before formal proceedings.

10.2 Arbitration. Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration via international commercial arbitration rules in your jurisdiction.

10.3 Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction and international commercial law.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement with our Privacy and Refund Policies constitutes the complete agreement.

11.2 Amendments. We may modify terms anytime. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11.3 Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect.
